We provide fitness coaching, massage, recovery, and wellness sessions as described on our website. Session availability is subject to confirmation.

Payments

Payments are processed via Paystack. Bookings are confirmed once payment succeeds or a valid package credit is applied.

Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for rescheduling and refund rules.

Liability

Clients should disclose relevant health conditions. Sessions are provided with reasonable skill and care but are not a substitute for medical treatment.
