Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session online at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

Use our booking lookup page with your reference and email to cancel or reschedule eligible bookings.

Package credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions expire after the validity period stated at purchase.
